This roll-call of the region’s best and brightest producers will keep your palate guessing and your stomach satisfied with food and wine showcasing the unique terroir of the mid-north.
Tasting Australia will bring the celebration to the cellar door, profiling the esteemed Wendouree, Jim Barry, Grosset, Pikes, Wines by KT and Adelina Wines all in one meal. Each of the four courses will be matched with three pours.
Lunch is in the hands of industry legend Margot Janse, a Dutch-born, South African-based chef whose former restaurant Le Quartier Francais in Franschhoek (South Africa) peaked at number eight on the World’s 50 Best Restaurant list. Janse will be joined by local heroes Dan Moss (Terroir Auburn), Guy Parkinson (Seed Wine bar + Kitchen) and Max Stephenson (SLATE at Pikes).
